polo tdi loosin power

hey guys
im new to this forum and need some help
i recently brought a x reg polo s tdi
but when ever going over 70/80 mph the car seems to loose power and dont pick up any more spped, it seems to have lost power, even through out the rest of the gears and speed, unless i switch the engine on and off then resumes as normal but once at 80 does the same thing.

it has been on vag - com and has come up clear, all vacuum pipes have been checked...

is there anything anyone can suggest as its driving me mad,

vaccum pipe that runs down to the turbo is very close to the exhaust and burns through. I have changed 100's of these!

Just check it all the way down!

been on the machine again and this time told its a faulty turbo sensor,
have to wait till 2morrow for a price from vw.. or any1 got one for sale?
