strange warning beeps

Hello, for no apparent reason my 2003 seat ibiza has started emitting three short warning beeps whenever I go round a tight corner. No warning light accompanies these beeps but as it only happens when turning (both left and right) I can only assume it is something to do with the steering. Can anybody shed some light on this problem?

Could it possibly be a low fluid warning ie oil /brake fluid/water?.If it only happens on tight corners it could be borderline and the centrifugal force just tips it below the mark.Check your levels just in case.
