AMI without Nav??

As a newbie to this site I am after some advice. Have an A4 Sline avant on order and I have spec'd it with AMI although I am not having nav. Since placing the order i have read in the brochure that AMI is not available unless nav is purchased. Is this true as my car is already in build??

Audi brochures well known for being wrong. It does say that they reserve the right to change things and they have. You dont need sat nav now to spec AMI.
