Strange rattle from engine-HELP

Hi everytime my rev counter goes to about 2000rpm there is a strange rattle from the engine, I was wondering if it could be the housing for the manifold? does anyone know, thanks in advance for you help,

It could be the cam chain idler.
I would get someone to check.
Just had a thought the exhaust heat shield is known to rattle, get underneath and see if its
loose.
