My A4 Onboard Computer Has Gone On Blink

Hello all! Yesterday I was driving down the M4 in my 99 Avant and (for about only the third time ever) I felt the urge to press the reset button and turn the computer off. Now it wont come back on! :zx11: I don't think its anything to do with the display because when I turn the ignition on and press the clock button the screen still lights up with the different symbols. My guess is that its the reset button itself. If anyone has any ideas / suggestions then please help ! thank you ...:confused:

I've got the same problem, I asked my local specialist to take a look at the last service and he reckons it's the dash that's at fault (display, temp etc seem to be common faults). At the moment I'm trying to work out how I can be without the car for a week while the dash gets rebuilt :(
