Does anyone know what front and rear wiper blades to get from Halfords for my car.

In the Halfords guide there are two sets for my year but it doesn't say which one is for when.

i.e 2001-2002 is set x 2002-2003 is set y

:(

The only advice i can give is don't go to halfords!! Specially at there prices!
Is there any visible difference between the 2 sets they offer?

I bought Bosch blades from Halfords at half the price the dealer wanted. Easy to fit (For my Passat)

The reason Halfords mention two sets is because from September 2001 VW changed the wiper arms from the old "hooked" type to the pin jointed type for the aero wiper blades. If you have the old hook type arms wiperblades.co.uk do the slim aero blades for these. If you have a Golf made after 09/01 it will have aero arms.

NEVER EVER USE HALFORDS!!!!
they wanted to charge me nearly £20 for a mirror glass for my golf when i can get one for a £5!
i also got wiper blades for my golf, all 3 for less that £15!!! that is the whole thing not just the rubbers
if you are in east anglia go to wilco:)

Just an update in case anyones interested -

I bought the blades from wiperblades.co.uk, the fronts are the 21" and 19" aero blades and the rear is a 13" hook type.

wiperblades.co.uk are very good and I would recommend them
