Few Questions About my new A4.

Hi there.

Just bought my new A4 B5 1.9 TDi 1995 and say goodbye to my beloved 80!
Just wondering a few querries on some things:


The drivers side central locking door pin is constantly stuck down, is it a take panel off job to get it back up?
Do the fan switches/knobs lights come on or is there none? (just wondering if bulb has gone?)
If and how the steering wheel colum moves up and down.
Is anyone selling any cheap leather interior? :D

With regard to the stearing colum, there should be a plastic latch/handle underneath the steering wheel between the indicators. Pull it down and you can then pull the steering wheel up and down and in and out.

How cheap is cheap regarding leather ? I might be breaking my 1996 2.6 soon when my new car arrives.

Aye theres summat that you can stick ur hand in but got two screws in, not sure if its ment to. Probs another thing needing fixing.

Well I need new seats these have had some wear n tear. But I am a student aswell haha.

The lightbulb behind your heating panel will have fused. You can buy a new one from Audi for a couple of quid, if not less. Easy job to replace.
