could i replace my 2.6v6 engine (80 coupe) for an s2 engine

I was wandering if i could exchange my engine for a s2 engine.

I own a 2.6 v6 1994 coupe and i am looking to swap it for an s2 engine does anyone know if it would just drop in or will i have to modify the engine bay?
