New Audi A8 Dab Issue

hi all i have a loaner a8 (while mine is delayed due to the hail storm damage)

It has tv and the dab radio but the dab is terrible as it keeps cutting out. Is this normal live in oxford.

Not sure if the dab uses the tv tuner so help appreciated
