Hi there, Ive added this extra message because i wrote it in the same one as my alarm problem but worry nobody will read it thinking its just a alarm issue.

I have just got this car and it is making a rumbling noise when im driving, i think its coming from the back of the car, the prev owner has told me that it was eating tyres. He said that the rears were wearing on the inside edge. Has anyone got any ideas what could be causing this problem and how to fix it???

Cheers Mark.

I would take it to an alignment shop and get it aligned. That will take care of the wear problem. Most shops offer a free inspection so they can sell you more services and parts....so they would love to provide you with a quote on the repair. Free diagnosis.

Check wheel bearings and shocks. Wheel bearings can hum, shocks and bushings can grunt, rattle and squeak.
