6x9 interferance

i got a 12" sub wired up no prob but when i connect my speakers up i get interferance through them. this does not happen at any other time apart from when the engine is running. ive tried different earthing points and re-routing my wires and i still get this prob any ideas would be very helpfull

What car/year is it? it is most likely to be something to do with the alternator or the high voltage side of the ignition system.

its on a 02 plate and the alternator is whining a bit when i put my foot down its gettin changed on sat anyway but could this be the prob
