I have a 2007 Passat ( RCD300 mp3 unit ) and have purchased a VW Ipod kit. Confused as to the wiring as it say's the brown lead should be removed from the radio unit and replaced with the lead from the Ipod loom. Only problem is there is no brown lead on the back of the RCD300 unit.It is various coloured cables.Can anyone advise which should be used to connect. The fitting of the rest of the unit is straight forward.
