Love the DRLs even though they are not so spectacular as those on an S-Line (although my wife says they look like a mobile fairground).

But I cannot understand why the rear lights are off when the DRLs are on. If there is a need to be seen by someone coming towards you then there is more of a need to be seen by someone coming behind.

I certainly didn't have this problem when I had a big Volvo. Front & rear lights on all of the time.

Or is there a little switch or setting I have missed?

I was out with a friend in my SE the other day and an S8 was coming the other way.

She said the xenon DRLs looked like 'fairy lights'!!!

Which Audis currently offer the LED running lights? I swear I saw a new TT with LED running lights, I thought just the A5, A4 S Line and R8 had them at the moment. I see they are coming on the new A3 Facelift S Line.

Yeah.. I've had 'christmas tree lights' directed at mine :)

I call them my 'angry lights'.

The new A3 Sline Sportback doesnt have LED's. One of my colleagues has just got one. it has what look like halogens in the corner of the unit

Looks a very nice car though

Fairenough. I thought I read it did in WhatCar a few months back. Im glad tho dont, make our LED B8 SLines a little bit more special. We dont want any tom, **** and'arry having them. :D

Thought I read it right then in What Car (the one with a Q5 on the front last month). Only on the new 2009 models then.....
