Audi Concert II Plus

Apologies if this has been covered before, but I haven't found any reference:

I have an "57 Reg" A3 SE with the "new?" double DIN Concert radio/CD unit. I believe this is referred to as a Concert II Plus.

Question 1:
Will I be able to mate this with any one of the Audi/VW/Skoda glovebox cd autochangers commonly found on eBay?

Question 2:
The Concert II Plus appears to have a 12-pin connector for autochanger connection is this the same as the previous single DIN Concert II radio/CD units?
