Audi A8 TV Tuner addition to Sat Nav

Hi Folks
I have a 55 plate Audi A8 3.0 TDI Quattro (newer shape) and it has the built in Sat Nav MMI system, but not the TV tuner.

What would be required to add an Audi TV tuner to the existing system, or would an aftermarket digital one off fleabay be a better option via the aux input?

Remote control -4F0 035 207


-Muttern, M5- Nuts, M5 (6x) -N 100 173 03

Cable tie (5x) -N 020 904 8
