Guys my Mk4 golf is making disgusting sounds. When driving round town, in traffic and at low speeds or even at a crawling pace my ears bleed because of some serious knocking coming from the underside of the car. When engage or disengage the clutch i get an awful thud sound (especially in 1st and 2nd), when i apply the foot brake another knock (from front left) and when i creep over a speed bump at an almost standstill i get a whole combo of clunks and bangs concentrated mostly on the front left corner. Please suggest a possible diagnosis or anything to look for under my car as it sounds like I'm about to loose my wheel.:confused:
