Help with my brakes please

hi,

I'm after some info regarding brakes & calipers & carriers etc.

I have a 1.8t passat with standard 288mm discs and standard capilers etc.

Will porsche brembo capilers fit etc? how much modification needs doing etc etc.

Basically,i've been looking on ebay but don't want to commit because i'm unsure really.......

Any info would help loads

Replaced my front Disks and Pads Last yr Obtained from Halfords
Rear ones were different size to specified, after several attempts by halfords. Found local Parts supplier, had mine in stock. Cheaper than Halfords.
So would suggest try the local Part dealer, check their price. Nothing to loose.

what year is your car?


if it 99 give or take a few year runing 288,25 discs the easy up grade is to use audi a6 carriers (tt are the asame but cost more) the 312mm x 25mm a6 discs and your passat pads
