Independent near Stafford rqd for servicing

Having had 2 very bad experiences with my two local dealerships in Stafford and Stoke I now want to find and support an independent. I'm not looking for lowest cost just honest reliable workmanship with a little customer servive included.
Can anyone help? :confused:
