Centre back seatbelt

Hi everyone

My 2001 Audi A3's back seat has a centre lap belt which I would like to change to a 3 point belt. Can anyone advise me as to whether or not one can be fitted or would this involve buying a whole new back seat?

I once bought a centre belt conversion kit from Halfords for a Ford Escort I owned but to be honest it looked really poor and was difficult to adjust each time it was used, so I'd rather not go down that route.

Any advice you could give me would be appreciated.;)
