Hi all,

I have got my car having a lot of fun making me angry...
The rear wiper washer is driving me insane.

listen this;

if all cables are connected nothing works,
if washer motor disconnected the rear wiper works fine
if washer motor connected on 12 volt the the motor runs well
when reconnecting washer motor nothing works again!

Any good ideas are welcome!

Check the wiring where it passes from the bodywork into the tailgate, probably some damage/shorting going on, which is ok when the circuits are seperated?
It just dawned on me the washer motor is in the right corner of the boot, so now I'm not sure where the damage/shorting would be? I still think the hinge area worth checking, could also be somewhere else...

Thanx Scotty!

Will have a go on this issue tomorrow and then let you know
what I have found.

You have given some valuable ideas!:beerchug:

I guess it could also be the switchgear/contol stalk, maybe try blasting some aerosol contact cleaner into it?

Excellent idea as well.

Anyway it seems to me that this particular car is full of contact problem.

Thanx once again!:beerchug::beerchug:

would you happen to know from where to dig out some wiring diagram for this car?

On the spot!

Congrats blasted it with contact spray.Huge white smoke could see at daylight
that there was a short inside. Cleaned throughly then dried it with pressurized air.

Now all works and no more short.
Ordered a sparepart and will replace it for safety.

Many thanx!:beerchug::Blush2:
