Correct Pressure??

Just got my hands on an 2000 audi a3 1.9tdi sport 3 door, it has 225/40/18's fitted just wondering if anyone could advise what PSI they should be at as these are clearly not the standard wheels.

This might help but I drive a Passat 1.9TDi. It does have 225/40/18 wheels too though. I was getting my wheels aligned and balanced the other day and the mechanic said that I had too much pressure in them (40psi). He told me they should be at 36 psi. Hope this helps
