Look Out......... Tailgate!

I visited my local Audi dealer today, the remote locking on my current A4 has packed up again! (Both Keys)

MMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmm 'New' A4 Avant S-Line, loads of extras in Red in the showroom must take alook!

Just working my way round the car, when 'Bang' I walked into the corner of the raised tailgate!

No laughing it hurt! :aargh4:

But to my mind the powered tailgate appeared to be resting too low as I was able to push it higher. Now this is concerning because the way it looks I will keep hitting my head. (I'm 5'11" not the tallest person).

I'm going back tomorrow and take a further look.

The power tailgate is programmable so that it will stop at a pre-determined height set by the owner (for those with low garage ceilings). I believe the A6 Avant also has this feature. Probably why it still had more range of motion left in it.

Went back earlier this morning to get my remote locking sorted, and yes the tailgate does go higher, it must be set-up incorrectly.

Had a sit inside, luvin those leather seats.

Messed around with the 'MMI' and the 'Sat Nav', it's all good.
