Jamex springs and large alloys

I hve a A4 AVANT TDI red eye on Jamex springs so it sits quite low and I'm after putting some rs4 or s4 allots on it pref 18's but would they fit anyone tried it :(

Don't see why not. Best bet however would be to phone your local dealer and ask with rgds a wheel upgrade - mantion you like the RS4 style. He will tell you if they fit and also how much - you will be shocked.

Define "sits quite low".

There are Passats (B5 platform) lowered on 20" wheels with no problems.

18" isn't that big an upgrade, so as long as you keep a similar rolling diameter you'll be fine.
