Got a new Eos V6 on June 6th. 1 hour and 40 km later, first problem at DSG.
100 km later, second problem, similar to those one mentioned on the web. Garage decides to keep the car.
Not yet repaired after 11 days

Is this problem known for other Eos ?
How fast get a VW repaired usually ? (Eos is my first VW)
Are you faced to long time delivery for spare parts ?

Thanks for your answers

And now the best of the best: VW can not deliver the spare parts before 10 days from now, i.e. the car will be ready 3.5 weeks after receiving it.

I've kept a close eye on the web for DSG problems - we've got 2 in the family (including an EOS) and about to pick up a third. No sign of anything yet.

It looks like problems on brand new cars are fairly rare, but a 10 day delay suggests that they are going to fit an entirely new gearbox. You should find out exactly what they are doing and get a detailed, written record in case of problems at a later date.

I hate to say it, because the EOS is such a super little car, but if problems persist you might consider rejecting the car and asking for a new one.
