tyre pressure sensing valves

Anybody know where I can get replacement tyre pressure sensing valves?
VW want £56 + vat for each one!!!

The sensor valves are a nightmare, have you tried breaker's yards or eBay?

Is it the valves only you need or the sensors that bolt onto them ?

i was in this place getting 3 tyres on my truck. http://www.centraltyre.net/stores-midlands-telford.html

they had a leaflet on the counter about these valves. I had a read and put it down.

they replace the standard dust cap.

just checked with my mate who is a Training Instructor for ATS and he says they are dealer parts and he's not aware of any 3rd party making pattern one's at present.
