Hi, anyone out there who can help on this, have a T4 1900cc which judders violently in reverse when the steering wheel is turned, slightly better in straight line and okay moving forwards. The clutch was new only 6 months ago and the engine is rebuilt, i havent inspected the clutch as it is difficult to get to, and the only idea i have is the clutch springs on the plate rather than the thrust bearing, anyone got any ideas as i have never seen this problem before?

Could be an engine mount gone, which would also explain why it only happens in reverse, if it was clutch it would do it both ways. Reverse with the bonnet open while someone watches (from a distance) and see if the engine jumps up and down
