Hoping someone can help me before I have to take my van into a garage.
X Reg 2.5 TDI (ex AA van)
I have a problem when driving under any load. The van starts to "kangaroo" like I'm taking my foot on and off the throttle.
When idling the engine appears to be fine - but drive off and it's on/off all the time - to the extent I can no longer drive it.
If I put my foot flat to the floor it seems to go O.K though ?
One last thing - when driving it - it will sometimes virtually stops - (it goes down to idle speed, then the revs will sit just above the idle speed and the pressing the throttle pedal does nothing! - after a while the coil light flashes on/off) - if I turn it off and back on it will work again for a short time.
Any help will be appreciated - as I can't really afford big garage bills at the moment.
