Fellow northerners, leave your flat caps & whippets at home on the 10th of August & get thee sen over to Knutsford (less than 10 miles from home pour moi :D).
And of course if any of you big girly softy southerners can be bothered with the trek to see real men checking out real cars, Knutsford's right next to the M6 so it's easily accessible.

Mostly VW's, air & water cooled, but there's always quite a few Audis as well. I think there's a dedicated Audi area, I've not been for a couple of years for various reasons so I can't remember too well, It was in my pre-Coupe days & I had a Golf at the time so was a bit more into the VW side of it. I WILL get there this year though, by hook or by crook! (Whatever that actually means!!!) :D

Since I'm the only one here in the south trying to put up a brave face, maybe I ditch the whole idea of flying the southern flag, turn up as the Belgian I really am and challange you guys to a drinking contest... Let the beer flow...!!! :D

Ah, G60. A rare car. Did you do the necessary chip & pulley? Why they made a supercharger do so little in the first place is anyones guess! Have you still got the G60?

No mate, done a swop for the audi i've got now. Loved it to bits but very expensive to run when you have kids!

Me and my mate are attending this as we only live down the road from tatton park, hopefully the rain will hold off and it will be a nice day. Either be there in my mates 57 Jetta TDI SE or my Mk3 Golf GTI

I never even made it in the end, had friends stay over, up from Birmingham, so there was much merry-making & I really wasn't in shape for it come Sunday! We all for out int' sticks for a pub lunch instead! A fine alternative!
Shame it wasn't up to much! It's been good in the past! :(
