Hi All.
It's taken me ages to find my way in here, I hope it's the right place to find a fix for a noise in my 2000 A4 TDI???
The said noise is coming from the diaphram on top of the mechanical EGR valve, ( on air minifold). It sounds like the diaphram is pulling and releasing about twice per second at tickover. It only happens sometimes and usually only lasts for 5 or 6 seconds at a time, performance is not affected, but I'm worried something is about to go.
Hope someones heard same noise.
