I have 1997 Alhambra which has a drivers window which will only open 3 inches.
the problem started when I opened the window and heard a "gravelly" "grateing" sound from within the door and the window stopped opening. Realising there was a problem I closed the window and from then on it will only open 3".
Has this happened to anyone else and if so is it a job a novice can do from home?
any advice gratefully received - thanks
