I have a 02' tdi jetta and I have a couple questions.
I was wondering what turbo I have I thought I read there are two types that come with the year of tdi I have.
I also have a question about my power output I was loosing power big time from when I bought the car so I looked up frequent problems and I saw the intake clog so I pulled it apart and cleaned the intake and egr, and put it back together and it dose seem better but it still can't hold 70 mph going up a good hill on the freeway. Is this normal? It dose kind of feel like at 1750rpm the turbo starts to spool and at 3000rpm it levels off and I get no more power I can push the pedal to the floor and I can't feel anymore pull from the turbo. Its all stock so I don't know if thats just what I get with 90hp or what?
What would be the cheap perfect upgrade so I can climb a hill at 75 on the freeway and not loose speed. I don't need a ton of power just enough so I don't have to worry about being in peoples way on the freeway.
