:1zhelp: I have my central locking pump here in front of me because although it works ok it drains the battery. I am having trouble find one to replace it as the connection are different to any I have seen of late. The numbers and codes on this pump are as follows

On the base it has the Audi Logo 4 rings

A AO862 257 A

PP GF 30

on the top of the pump

101101 in white and VDO Swiss made with one outlet for air pipe

 Is there anyone out there that could shed some light as to how to get a replacement. Also were they fitted to other makes of cars

:( For some reason I am unable to open the rear doors at all since taking the pump out.

:beerchug: My Lovely Audi 100E Avant 1992 2.8 V6 is the most reliable car I have ever owned and have owned the car since 1997. Has never broken down. The usual noises you get from an older car but still drives well apart from the power steering which groans sometimes but have a pump for that to be fitted hopefully will stop the groans.
