hi all,

i was looking for a good shampoo to clean my black a3 because the stuff i use at the minute leaves it all streeky

also my alloys have what i think is tar or brake dust (something black and will not come off how ever much i scrub!) so i was wondering about a good wheel cleaner like a acid or something that is tough and can be used every weekend which will not make the alloys go dull,

thanks for any help :beerchug:

Hi Jimbo,

I'm using the poorboys shampoo at the moment and it is ace! It lathers up really well and smells good too :D

As for your wheels, I'd use something like Auto Glyms wheel cleaner and really go to town on them to them looking spotless. Then apply a few coats of poorboys wheel sealant.

Next time you come to wash your wheels, you won't have to apply wheel cleaner and scrub them till your arm hurts, instead the dirt will just wipe off with a sponge and some warm water :P
