Will electric leather seats from an A4 of the same year and model (a4 b6 model 2003) fit my A4 which currently has manual seats?

My question is whether the wiring exists in my A4 for electric seats as they are currently manual

Thank you.

This may be the loom.
You can code out side airbags but you should notify dvla.

Forgive my ignorance, but why would you want to code out the side airbags? Do the leather electric seats not have them??

It depends what airbag system is already installed and what the seats came out of.
A quick check on etka could clear up the compatability and if there not the correct airbags for the software on the vehicle then the airbag control unit can be coded to remove the function of side airbags and the light wont come on for the fault code indicating os/ns side airbags open circuit.
Its best not to play with airbags and any work around the airbags requires the battery to be isolated and destatisfying yourself so as not to trigger one
