Convertable Top Actuator Hydraulics

Have a 1995 Audi Cabriolet. I am replacing the plastic reservoir on the actuator control in the trunk for the convertable top. Will need to refill with hydraulic fluid. Is there a specific process to do this to insure all air is out of the lines?? Any help is appreciated.

Hi, Sorry for the delay in the reply, I have been waiting for my technician friend to retun off holiday.

As far as he is aware, the system should self bleed when you operate the hood, unless you can see any form of bleed valve in the system.

As this is a job he has never done, I would recommend speaking to an Audi dealer or specialist before doing this job.
