Audi A4 8E console phone cradle

My car (Audi A4 8E B6 - 11/2003) has this phone cradle on console (image1).
I opened and saw this connector (image2), with this cable connector (image3).
Behind of the consert II radio cd i have a red 10pin connector for radio mute and tel+, tel- connected to the concert II.
So, i have these questions:
a) Is it possible to have bluetooth unit installed on the car?
b) How to discover if i have BT unit?
c) With this cradle my phone book will appears on DIS?
d) What pins can use to connect a sony ericsson K850 phone to this cradle (the original adapter is very very expensive)

A) Yes, you could have it already.
B) Try searching for the car with your phone within 5 minutes of turning the ignition.
C) Yes
D) You cant do it this way, either buy the adapter or use the bluetooth connection.
