Blaupunkt Alicante CD30

When I bought my golf it was already fitter with the above radio, after having extensive engine work done the radio was after a code which I stupidly managed to out in wrong!! The radio is now locked and all it says is 'wait 1 hr' but never resets itself to allow me to enter the correct code!!

Just wondering if anyone knew how to reset it (without disconnecting the battery preferably) or anywhere I can take it in the sussex area to be looked at.

The unit needs leaving switched on continuously for at least an hour.

If that doesn't work remove the unit for about 5 minutes reconnect then try switching on for a minimum of 1 hour.
