It doesn't look like any factory fitted unit I've ever seen. The connections are all the wrong type, and no factory supplied unit would need an ISO/Fakra adapter either.

It's probably a unit made in the right style to fit by a unknown Chinese company. In fact the available language selection "Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese" confirm this, as none of the MFD unit's I've seen have those options on them.

Id sussed it wasn't OEM but just wondered if anyone had seen one or recognised the style and knew someone with a similar product by them.
I realised it was a long shot
