i have a vw sharan 2.0cl r reg i am thinking of selling
it has a few faults
FAULT 1:it has no oil light when you turn on the ignition the oil light dont come on then of so if the engine ran out of oil the oil light wouldnt come on to warn you

FAULT 2:i bought a 2nd hand engine with a guaranteed 48 thousand miles and a guarantee for three months from WWW.WOLKSWAGENSPARES.COM (http://www.WOLKSWAGENSPARES.COM) cost£300
i paid £300 to get this fitted in the sharan when fitted the car was running amazing i was back on the road
but 1 day later i noticed the engine was losing oil had it cheaked and its losing oil from the crank seal at the flywheel
contacted WWW.VOLKSWAGENSPARES.COM (http://www.VOLKSWAGENSPARES.COM) they said seals and gaskets are not guaranteed
so it has this fault i have been told it will cost £300 pounds to fix the leak

FAULT 3:also has no central locking no aircon

i have spent £2000 pounds on repairs and parts have all recipts
do you think it worth £2500ono

should i be honest to the person that buys it and tell them about the faults or just get rid of it and say nothing should i tell them about the faults when they phone or just tell them to comeout and see it then tell them
please help

My best advice would be to sell t through a car market. As it is that way you are not obliged to repair these faults
