Sat Nav stuck- pleeeeease help

I was trying to make a phone call via Bluetooth, pressed a few buttons within TEL page and now its just stuck on it, even when I switch off and off. and its stuck on radio and all I can do is change the channels up and down on the steering wheel.

What can I do? is there a reset at all?

please help. :confused: :(

thanks to Issac Hunt who suggested taking the fuse out for 3 hours to rest the unit. works now - phew!
