bluetooth connection sound - very annoying

Does anyone know how to reduce/turn off the Bluetooth sync sound the car makes?

I'm finding it very annoying - it's way too loud. :(
I can't find any setting for this on the MMI.

Perhaps via VAG-COM?

Have you had any luck with this? I have this sound as well and cannot find any resolution to it. I've learned to tune it out, but it's very annoying for my passengers!

the sound lasts less than a second and only happens once, it's not that bad lol.
