mk3 tdi tow bar wanted and advice on A frame

i want to start using an A frame one man tow with my mk3 tdi 90 bhp model, i rencently purchased a nissan 200sx up in scotland and had an unfortunate accident before i even got home, i plan to tow the 200 sx back from scotland to yorkshire using an A frame and my 1995 TDi 5 door golf. any advice and anyone have a towbar that they are selling cheap and will my car have enough power to tow the 200sx back
