Temperamental Indicators! 2003, 225 TT

Hi,

I've just noticed today that both indicators are flashing strangely. When i first put the indicator on its fine, but after a few flashes, it starts going really fast as if a bulb as has gone out. I checked and its doing it on both sides. They'll flash fine, then they'll go fast, and after a bit it goes back to normal.

I pulled over and put the hazzards on, which are totally fine , flashing normally.

Can anyone please help, any ideas what the problem could be??

Common problem on TT's flasher relay is on its way out
The flasher relay is built into the hazard switch.
To change it you need to remove the radio and push the switch out.
Have a look on the TT forum for a how-to

so all i'll need is a new hazard button fitting??
