Please Help, OEM Headunit availability

HI All
Please can someone help me, I have listed VW OEM headunits below and want to know if they all exist,

RCD300
RCD310
RCD510
RNS510

and any other 2 DIN OEM units, with a description if possible

All the units exist, not sure about the RCD 310, not seen that one.
RCD 300 is the base VW unit FM radio single CD
RCD 510 is the new touch screen 6 CD radio VW
RNS 510 (MFD3) is the new nav CD DVD MP3 player with a built in 30gb hard drive
RCD 300 will be about 80 quid
RCD 510 I havnt seen for sale yet
RNS 510 will be about a grand, or 1900 from the dealer.
