Jumpy stereo

I've got audi concert stereo system with sub and amp (factory fit).. really happy with the sound, but the actual cd player skips alot and also it dosent accept mp3 and the ch changer dosent recognise RW CDs which is a rite pain...

basically want a solution to get some kind of aux in and get an mp3 player connected up.... what do you guys suggest?
