Rear Window Wiper

After my mechanic fixed the clutch on my Golf MK3 1994, my rear window wiper dosn´t work anymore.
I suspect that it might be the relay.... can anybody tell me what place the relay for the rear window wiper should be in ????

You might want to also check the fuse - fuse 4 I believe.

I´ve already checked all the fuses .... my first thought was exactly the same :o) ....
