what to look for when buying 2.0tdi A3

I'm thinking of buying a friends company car from him, its a 2005 2.0tdi a3 140bhp sport. It has been well looked after with full audi service history, it has all the toys including sat nav and full red leather, but it has done 90k miles.
I was hoping for some advice on things to look out for when buying.

i bought mine (2.0 tdi sport) with 99k on clock with full audi service history its way more miles on it now - had it checked out at audi and said its perfect nick.. dunno what things to look for when buying, but these diesels go on forever, iv not really had any problems apart from a small glitch on my sensor that made my car cut out once..i was almost put off by how many miles were on it when i was buying it but now im glad i wasnt
