Concert II to II+ Antenna Question

Hello Again!
Since the conversion of my Concert II to Concert II+ I am getting the following faults in VAGCOM:

I have cleared the DTCs but no result. Faults still there. For the antenna adapter I used the one from Kufatec and it looks like the reception is poor... Tried ETKA 7 for parts and I couldn't get any help what are the antenna differences between II and II+!
My car has a diversity antenna and a normal connector. Is there a different rear glass (hosts the antenna) for the concert II+ setup?
Please help!
