Ive registered on here to try and get some recommendations on a car i am looking to buy

Basically i want to buy a:

Brand new
Volkswagen Golf Gti 2.0T 200PS 3Dr
6 Speed Manual
Diamond Black
18 inch Monza Alloys
Anthracite Recaro Leather Interior
Rear Tinted Glass

Can anyone recommend a good dealer, that will do me a good price?
Also what should i be looking to pay for one of these?
I will be looking to buy within the next month
