New member looking for A6 Allroad

Hello there,

This is my first post, I joined as we are looking to buy a used A6 Allroad and thought it would be best to find out from owners what to look for in our search, where would it be best to post a request for info on this forum?

Welcome to the forum, Steven.

You would be best posting in the A6/S6/RS6 section of the forum, because the Allroad is based on them.

I own an A6, but I have driven a mate's Allroad 2.5 TDI Auto Quatrro that was absolutely fantastic. It was very fast, very grippy, and you definitely wouldn't know it was a diesel. I would happily swap my A6 for an Allroad, and that's tough words from me considering I like my A6 very much, but the Allroad is just that bit more special.

Hi there
I have a 2001 2.7 Petrol which i have recently bought

buy one or try one and you'll never look back
its the best driving car i have owned
be aware though the petrols are not particularly thrifty although if you can resist the lure of the right pedal for any length of time i have managed 27MPG on a run ;)

but its worth it motoring with a smile
almost as good as a mk1 GTI:D
